**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and maintain quality standards as per company and client specifications.
- Conduct quality inspections and audits for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
- Prepare and analyze quality reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other industry-specific certifications.
- Train and guide production teams on quality improvement initiatives.
- Manage non-conformity reports and oversee the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and product excellence.
- Monitor and maintain documentation related to quality processes and improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in a quality role within a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality tools (e.g., 7 QC tools, SPC, FMEA, etc.).
- Proficiency in ISO standards and certifications (ISO 9001, 14001, etc.).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and quality management software.
