Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting incoming inspection of materials and processed goods, as well as ensuring outgoing quality control for customer deliveries.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Perform incoming inspection of raw materials and processed components to verify quality standards.
  • Conduct in-process and final inspections before customer delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection reports, non-conformance records, and corrective action documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to address quality issues and root cause analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures, company standards, and customer requirements.
  • Support quality audits, sampling plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Verify packaging, labeling, and shipment readiness for customer dispatch.
  • Maintain calibration and proper functioning of inspection tools and measurement equipment.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection standards
  • Experience with incoming and outgoing inspection processes
  • Proficiency in measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
  • Understanding of ISO / IATF quality systems
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly
