We have an excellent opportunity for the profile of Purchase Executive.

Qualification: B Pharma

Experience: 3-5 years

Location: Ghatkopar

**Job Description**:

- Purchase of Pharmaceutical Raw Materials
- Negotiating with manufacturers for price, delivery and payments.
- Identifying new suppliers.
- Comparing different supplier prices.
- Making and updating records of products and suppliers.
- Monitoring of pending payment of supplier & co-ordination with Account department of timely release of payment.
- Making a Purchase Order and placing the order with the suppliers.
- Follow up with the factory for Dispatch and pass the same info to the Logistics department.
- Follow up with the factory for sample dispatches and updating records to the supplier on the quality of the samples.
- Taking relevant documents from manufacturers required for customs and export purposes.
- Planning deliveries & dispatches and co-ordination with the Logistics department for the same.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the customers requirements and expectation

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- APIs: 3 years (preferred)
- Purchase: 3 years (preferred)
- Pharma: 3 years (preferred)
- API Vendor Management: 3 years (preferred)
