**Job Description: Designer (AutoCAD & SolidWorks)Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create detailed **2D drawings and 3D models** using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Create discussion level **designs by hand on paper.**:

- Develop and refine **product designs, assemblies, and components** based on project requirements.
- Work closely with the **engineering, R&D, and production teams** to ensure designs are functional, feasible, and cost-effective.
- Translate **concepts, sketches, and client requirements** into high-quality technical drawings and models.
- Conduct **design reviews, simulations, and feasibility checks** to validate concepts.
- Maintain and update a **design library** and ensure proper documentation of all design files.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and techniques in design and engineering software.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **AutoCAD** and **SolidWorks** (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s/Diploma in **Mechanical/Industrial/Product Design** or related field.
- Strong **visualization skills** with the ability to convert abstract ideas into practical designs.
- Exceptional **imagination and creativity** combined with sound engineering judgment.
- Knowledge of **materials, manufacturing processes, and design standards**.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in **product design, prototyping, or industrial design**.
- Familiarity with **GD&T, FEA, or simulation tools** in SolidWorks.
- A portfolio demonstrating **innovative and imaginative designs**.
