**Experience**:
Fresher / 6 month of telecalling experience

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Negotiation,
- Freshers are applicable for this position.
- Must know how to generate leads and handle customer queries
- Should sound convincing and able to attain with Cold minded tone (inbound/ outbound)

**Responsibilities**:

- Telecalling the inquiries and the available database to effectively promote the relevant courses offered by Bootcoding.
- Keeping a proper track of follow-ups and ensuring that right messages are communicated to the prospects.
- Ensuring that brand image of Bootcoding is adequately represented while calling the prospects.
- Keeping the data segregated and secured for future reference.
- Keeping the reception area neat and tidy and observing professional etiquette.
- Performing other administrative tasks, if required.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Previous work experience as a Telecaller (preferred).
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- High-level of verbal communication skills.
