We are looking for a Front office Admin for Powersonic companies India to operate effectively and efficiently. This position is based at Powersonic India in Coimbatore. Key duties include attending all the office incoming calls, scheduling appointments, welcoming visitors, record maintenance, keeping track of office supplies and placing orders for replacements.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Attending all the incoming calls, responding to them, and transferring the call to the appropriate department.
- Greeting the customer/ guest at the office.
- Maintenance of important documents, files, and records in an organized manner.
- Providing assistance to the heads in the administration department.
- Keeping all the stationary items in the organization up to date and order for fresh stock.
- Supervising the housekeeping department and ensuring that all the items are there in the stock.
- Attending to a visitor or customer present physically at office.
- Adhering to all the safety procedures and keeping the management informed about any kind of unsafe situation.
- Conferring and coordinating with other departments.
- Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them to respective departments.
**Requirements**:
- Any Bachelor’s Degree.
- Formal qualification in office administration, secretarial work, or related training is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional ability to create a welcoming environment.
- Ability to observe business etiquette and maintain a professional appearance.
- Working knowledge of printers, copiers, scanners.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
