**JOB DISCIPTION**

DISPLAY
- Category wise identify & plan the display for all the stores.
- Planning for Store, Window display & promo areas to drive conversion in the store.
- Ensure Standardization across all Stores and Formats.

DESIGN CREATIVES FOR PROMOTIONS
- Planning for upcoming promotions.
- Plan the promotional brandings (Standees, POPs in store brandings etc.).
- Co-ordinate with creative team and instruct the guidelines as per requirement.
- Ensure the promotion is executed within timelines across all the stores.

PRODUCT SHOOT & STYLING FOR DIGITAL MARKETING
- End to end management of In-house photoshoot for the new products.
- Coordinate with photographers, models and hair and makeup artists for specific projects
- Research and recommend locations for each photoshoot
- Ensure that the final result is within quality standards and aligns with the scope of the project
- Get executed high quality product photography on website & social media.

CONTROL OF VM BUDGET & INVENTORY
- Ensure VM Budget should not exceed the approved budget.
- Adhering to VM budgets of the store and compilation of data for monthly reviews.
- Control of VM inventory of the stores - signage fixtures.

AUDIT OF STORES & VM CHECKLIST
- In order to ensure that all the guidelines are adhered properly in the store, a system of daily, weekly and monthly checklist is followed by the store VMs.
- Monthly review of the daily checklist.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
