**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter and update patient information, treatment records, and medical data into our system with high accuracy.
- Maintain and organize electronic and hard copies of files and documents.
- Ensure all data is accurately recorded and stored in compliance with privacy and security regulations.
- Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested by management or medical staff.
- Verify accuracy of data entered and resolve discrepancies where necessary.
- Assist in generating reports, patient histories, and other data as required by Ayurmegha's medical and administrative staff.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data security.
- Support front office tasks when needed, such as answering calls and scheduling appointments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (minimum requirement).
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar role.
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and database management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of healthcare or ayurvedic terminology is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
