The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into computer systems from various sources such as forms, documents, and databases. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Accurately and efficiently enter data into computer systems from various sources, including but not limited to:

- Forms
- Documents (e.g., spreadsheets, PDFs)
- Databases
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.
- Maintain data files and databases.
- Perform data cleaning and deduplication tasks.
- Assist with data migration projects.
- Adhere to data security and privacy guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- [Number] years of experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a related role (preferred).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing skills with high accuracy and speed.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
