Assisting with Homework Queries:
Help students understand homework instructions or clarify concepts they find challenging.
Offer guidance or resources to struggling students, fostering understanding without completing the work for them.
Tracking Progress:
Maintain records of homework completion to identify patterns (e.g., consistent late submissions or incomplete work).
Communicate with the lead teacher about students who need additional academic support.
Encouraging Accountability:
Promote a culture of responsibility by reinforcing deadlines and expectations.

2. Monitoring Attendance

Communicating with Parents/Guardians:
Send reminders about upcoming or overdue fee payments in a professional and courteous manner.
Address parental queries regarding fee structures or payment plans, escalating complex issues to the administration.
Liaising with Administration:
Provide regular updates to the school’s finance or administrative team about fee statuses.
Assist in generating reports or notices related to fee collection.
Ensuring Fairness and Confidentiality:
