- Create a classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
- Care for and effectively assist students with special concerns.
- Analyze data to determine student progress and achievement.
- Work with individual and small groups of students to support mathematics instruction.
- Encourage students to set and maintain standards of classroom behavior.
- Keep accurate grade books, records and reports pursuant to school or district policy.
- Plan and carry out instruction, instructional activities and prepare learning materials.
- Attend staff meetings and serve on staff committees as required.
- Maintain appropriate records and follow required procedures and practices.
- Work with students to develop and monitor academic goals for both short
- term and long-term success.
- Receptive to receiving coaching on a regular basis with administrators and teacher trainers.
- Strive to implement by instruction and action the district's philosophy of education and instructional goals and objectives.
- Evaluate and report on the progress of students according to board policy.
- Prepare for classes assigned and show written evidence (lesson plan) of preparation upon request of administrator.
- Maintain a positive, accepting attitude in working with students.
- Establish and enforce rules of behavior and procedures for maintain, order in their classroom.
- Serve as a resource to teachers through coaching, co-teaching, co-planning, modeling best practices in the classrooms.
- Prepare for classes assigned and show written evidence (lesson plan) of preparation upon request of administrator.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
