**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teaching & Instruction:

- Deliver effective lessons in mathematics, covering various topics such as algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and trigonometry, depending on the level taught.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessments that align with the curriculum.
- Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, discussions, and technology-based instruction, to ensure all students are engaged and learning effectively.
- Student Assessment & Progress Tracking:

- Provide constructive feedback on student performance and work.
- Track student progress and communicate with parents/guardians as needed to address concerns or improvements.
- Support students who need extra help with concepts or exam preparation.
- Professional Development:

- Stay updated with advancements in mathematics education and implement innovative teaching strategies.
- Attend faculty meetings, conferences, and workshops to continue professional development.
- Collaboration & Teamwork:

- Collaborate with other teachers to integrate cross-curricular approaches.
- Work closely with the Head of the Mathematics Department and other staff to support educational goals.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Teaching certification or relevant qualification.
- Experience:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience teaching mathematics at secondary/primary school level.
- Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts and curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Proficiency in using educational technology, such as online platforms, smartboards, and other digital tools.
- Personal Attributes:

- Passionate about teaching and student development.
- Patient, approachable, and adaptable to different learning styles.
