**Job Title**: Laptop/Desktop Administrator

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in laptops and desktops.
- Perform OS installation, updates, and checks.
- Diagnose battery-related issues and recommend solutions.
- Inspect and repair faulty components in systems and laptops.
- Ensure all systems are updated and functioning optimally.
- Provide technical support to end-users.

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of a **Hardware Networking Course** (mandatory).
- Relevant certification or experience in laptop/desktop maintenance.
- Strong understanding of system diagnostics and problem-solving techniques.
