**PURPOSE OF POSITION**

As a supervisor, you will be responsible for to obtain the maximum efficiency, quality, service and profitability for the organization. Follow-up to ensure that team members are on-schedule and deadlines are being met.

**MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Supervise the manpower to get the job done in accordance to drawing and technical details.
- Implementation and monitoring of all mechanical-related operations at the site as per approved drawings and methods and safety rules shall give an added advantage.
- Monitor progress and compile reports
- Communicate any problems or obstacles to seniors
- Provide motivation, support, and guidance to teams

**SKILLS & QUALITIES**
- Should be able to read the drawings and execute the fabrication with minimum utilization of manpower.
- A basic knowledge on materials specifications used in structure/piping/tanks.
- Familiar with material symbols & specifications of pipes & pipe fittings/Structures.
- Basic knowledge of various weld symbols used in structural fabrication.
- Familiar with welding process and welding consumables.
- Knowledge on various types of structural sections.
- A minimum basic knowledge of fabrication tolerances.
- Knowledge on various developments to prepare a cutting layout for structural gussets/attachments.
- Basic knowledge of layout for the lateral joints on piping.
- Basic knowledge typical joint details/edge preparation.
- Familiar with the arrangement of hydro and other leak tests of piping/tanks.
- Should be able to read piping isometric drawings.
- Knowledge on various developments on piping joints, like rolling, compound rolling etc.
- Should be able to develop various jigs & fixtures to execute the work economically.
- Should have quality sense to handle the work as per requirements.
- Basic Knowledge on computer & Auto Cad would be added advantage

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**
- HSC / Diploma (Mech) with min. 4-5 years’ experience with heavy fabrication/ erection of heavy

Structure/ Piping/ Storage Tanks / Equipment.
- Proven working experience as a supervisor (fabrication) in a fabrication shop & site.

**REMUNERATION**
- CTC Lakh to Lakh (PA)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
