**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor - Lubricant Manufacturing Plant**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Oversee the maintenance and repair of all machinery and equipment used in the lubricant manufacturing process.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting production schedules.
- **Team Management**:

- Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, and providing guidance to ensure a high level of performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and mentorship to enhance the skills of the maintenance team.
- **Troubleshooting**:

- Identify and diagnose equipment malfunctions and breakdowns, implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Work closely with maintenance staff to troubleshoot issues and provide technical expertise in problem-solving.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Enforce and adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all maintenance personnel.
- Conduct safety training sessions and implement safety measures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Budget Management**:

- Assist in developing and managing the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective maintenance practices.
- Source and procure necessary spare parts and equipment while optimizing costs.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts.
- Generate reports on equipment performance, maintenance costs, and efficiency metrics.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall efficiency and reliability of the manufacturing plant.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in lubricant manufacturing.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proven experience in maintenance supervision, preferably in a manufacturing plant, and a strong understanding of lubricant production processes.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of maintenance technicians.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial equipment, machinery, and maintenance procedures.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and the ability to enforce compliance within the maintenance team.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficient in using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
