**Overview**
**Key Duties**
1. Strengthening the existing channels of sales as well as identifying and pursuing new opportunities to multiply the revenue.
2. Converting relationships into successful sales by understanding the client’s needs, anticipating new marketing opportunities, and shaping relevant and interesting offers.
3. Implementing innovative sales plans based on regular and thorough analysis of market trends and consumer behavior data to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
4. Liasoning between the Sales & Marketing and the Media & Communication teams to create compelling and well-coordinated sales campaigns that are in keeping with the best practices and promotional trends in the industry.
5. Attending industry events and coordinating sales and business generation activities in and out of your city (often outside of 9-5 hours) and assisting with organizing promotional events.
6. Identifying product improvements or new products by managing customer feedback and remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and activities of the competitors.
7. Creating and maintaining a list/database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective clients’ information.
8. Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration and monitoring the progress of current orders.
9. Taking and recording order information along with emphasizing product/service features and benefits, discussing credit terms, and preparing sales order forms and/or reports.
10. Compiling professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required to direct future sales and marketing initiatives as well as for executive-level presentations.
11. Possessing in-depth product knowledge and staying updated on all company’s services in order to conduct demos and relay objection handling.
**Experience and Skill**
1. 3-5 years in sales within a Sales setting
2. Knowledge of import and export.
3. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, sales management software, and CRM are essential with solid computer skills, including MS Excel, web analytics, and Google Adwords.
4. Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to customer events
5. Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
6. Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills for effective problem-solving.
7. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
8. Excellent communication and presentation skills would be required to develop and manage client & brand relationships
**Preference**
- Proven work experience as a sales and marketing manager or a similar role
- Knowledge of import and export is highly preferred
- A proactive applicant with a thorough knowledge of the sports industry.
- Experience in management may be advantageous.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
