1. Excel Proficiency
- Prepare, maintain, and update export/import-related data in Excel.
- Use formulas, pivot tables, and data validation to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Generate MIS reports and share with management as required.

2. Knowledge of Indian Customs Procedures
- Understand and comply with Indian customs regulations and documentation.
- Assist in preparing documents for customs clearance.
- Ensure adherence to compliance standards for smooth operations.

3. EDI Filing (EICI Panel)
- Handle EDI filing through the EICI panel for export shipments.
- Coordinate with CHA/agents for timely submission and approval.
- Maintain records of all EDI filings for audit and compliance.

4. Export Data Submission
- Collect and validate export-related data for submission to authorities.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of shipping bills, invoices, and other export documents.
- Maintain systematic filing of all export documents for easy retrieval.

5. Communication & Coordination
- Communicate effectively with customs officials, shipping agents, and other stakeholders.
- Provide timely updates to internal teams and management.
