About the Position:The EDI Consultant will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot electronic data interchange solutions for seamless business partner integration.Main Responsibilities:Configure and maintain electronic data interchange solutionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic data interchange with order management systemsManage and support electronic data interchange mapping, translation, and communication processesWork with customers and partners to onboard, test, and maintain electronic data interchange connectionsMonitor and resolve electronic data interchange-related issuesConduct root cause analysis of electronic data interchange failures and implement corrective actionsEnsure compliance with industry standards and company-specific requirementsPrepare and maintain technical documentationCollaborate with IT teams to support system upgrades and integration effortsRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science or related fieldProven experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and/or IBM Sterling File GatewayExtensive knowledge of electronic data interchange standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACTHands-on experience with order management systems and their integration with electronic data interchange processesStrong understanding of electronic data interchange mapping, document translation, and communication protocolsAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex electronic data interchange issuesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):Successful integration of electronic data interchange solutionsTimely resolution of electronic data interchange-related issuesCompliance with industry standards and company-specific requirements
