
Partner Service Desk Executive

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Insurance Operations team as a Partner Service Desk Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our insurance partners, assisting them with service-related queries, operational support, and issue resolution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as a liaison between insurance partners and internal departments (underwriting, claims, policy servicing, etc.).
- Provide end-to-end resolution for partner queries related to policy issuance, endorsements, claims, renewals, and system usage.
- Coordinate with operations, technology, and underwriting teams to resolve partner issues in a timely manner.
- Identify trends or repeated issues and collaborate with process owners for long-term solutions.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- 2-3 years of experience in insurance operations or service desk roles.
- Must be Graduate. (Graduation Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of insurance processes across life/general/health insurance (customize as needed).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in service desk tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
