We are seeking a dedicated and experienced **Female Admission Counselor** to join our educational institution. As an **Admission Counselor**, you will play a crucial role in assisting students in their academic pursuits, providing guidance, support, and resources to help them achieve their educational goals. Your primary responsibility will be to offer personalized counseling services to students, ensuring their academic success and overall well-being.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students to assess their academic needs, goals, and challenges.
- Develop personalized academic plans based on student's interests, strengths, and academic requirements.
- Assist students in selecting appropriate courses, majors, and educational pathways to align with their long-term goals.
- Address academic concerns and challenges, including time management, study skills, and exam preparation strategies.
- Monitor students' progress and provide ongoing support to ensure academic success.

**Must-Have Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and connect with students.
- Inherent ability to engage in meaningful conversations.
- Deep understanding of objection-handling techniques to address concerns effectively.
- Self-starter mentality and the ability to close deals quickly and efficiently.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
