We are looking for a dedicated and passionate **Female Admission Counselor** to join our team. As an **Admission Counselor**, you will play a pivotal role in guiding students and parents through the educational journey, helping them make informed decisions about their academic and career goals. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our students and the growth of our institution.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Student Guidance**: Provide personalized academic and career counseling to students at various stages of their educational journey.
Assist students in setting academic goals, choosing appropriate courses, and developing study plans.
Address students' academic and personal concerns, offering support and solutions.

**Educational Planning**:Stay updated on educational trends, programs, and requirements to provide accurate information to students.
Help students explore and evaluate different educational pathways, including college, vocational training, and online learning options.
Collaborate with students to create long-term educational plans aligned with their interests and aspirations.

**Career Counseling**:Conduct career assessments and help students identify potential career paths based on their strengths and interests.
Offer guidance on resume writing, job search strategies, and interview preparation.

**Documentation and Record-Keeping**:Maintain accurate and confidential records of counseling sessions and student progress.
Prepare reports and documentation as required by the institution.

**Community Outreach**:Represent the institution at educational fairs, seminars, and community events to promote our educational services.
Establish and maintain relationships with local schools, colleges, and educational organizations.

**Professional Development**:Stay current with best practices in education counseling through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in education counseling or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong empathy and the ability to connect with students and parents.
- Knowledge of educational systems, programs, and admissions processes.
- Familiarity with career assessment tools and resources.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Ethical and professional conduct in all interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
