Position Summary
As a hands-on Data Scientist on the Business Intelligence (BI) team, you will help provide trusted data and analytics for CARFAX to demonstrate value across business channels, assess product performance to influence direction, support internal business operations, and external customer facing products.

What You'll Do
Partner with CARFAX departments and establish relationships with internal clients to provide information to help make strong, informed business decisions.
Build machine learning/AI models for Product and Sales Analytics functions.
Be an integral part of process improvement to continuously increase efficiencies.
Have opportunities to think creatively and to learn new tools and technologies.
Help deploy Advanced Analytics and Machine Learning models on our Data Lake Platform.
Support data pipeline engineering and automation.
Develop technical documentation to support data solutions.
What You Need to Get the Job Done
**Education level**: Bachelors in Information technology, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
**Year of Experience**: 4 - 8 Years

**Specific skills**:
4-8 years of experience in analytics, machine learning, AI or comparable data science role.
Experience in working with Machine Learning or AI frameworks in Python/Pyspark.
Active contribution to the development and implementation of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence models and techniques.
Good Exposure to different phases of model development like Data Pre-processing / Data Mining & Management / Predictive Analytics / Machine Learning / Optimization / Risk Scoring & Identification
Strong proficiency with cloud ML / AI tools.
Familiarity with SQL.
A strong business acumen and the ability to work directly with business users to understand requirements and develop effective models.
Willing to learn and work well in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills

**Preferred skills**:
Working experience with AWS Sagemaker, AWS Bedrock.
Experience with Data Lakes
Experience in Agile methodology.
