**Accounts Executive**

**Forms+Surfaces is looking for Accounts Executive to join our team**

**Job Location: Pune Plant - Lonikand (Near Wagholi)**

**Scope and responsibilities**:

- Day to day Purchase accounting entries in ERP.
- GR/IR/MIR Bill Booking and Reconciliation
- Accounts payable (Creditor) Ledger’s reconciliation.
- General Ledger reconciliation.
- Import documentation Import Payments and IDMPS compliances with the banks.
- Import shipment landed cost verifications.
- Issuance of Letter of Credit overseas suppliers.
- Monthly and Annual Provision Entries.
- Fixed assets register preparation.
- Prepaid Expense and Accrual Expense working and entries.
- Employee Reimbursement Checking and Payments
- TDS working and payment.
- Assisting in GST working and return and GST 2A reconciliation.
- TDS working and Return Filing
- GST Sales E-Invoicing.
- Month end activities.
- Co-ordination with statutory auditors.
- Experience to assist senior in balance sheet preparation, management reporting.

**Required qualification, skills and experiences**:

- B.COM/ M.COM/ MBA Finance.
- Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in hard core accounting.
- Detailed knowledge and Experience Day to day accounting work.
- Good knowledge MS Office - Word, Excel etc.
- Initiative and ready to take responsibility of work.
- Import and Export accounting and documentation knowledge.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Decision making skills.
