**Position Overview**:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Account & Finance Coordinator to oversee our company's financial operations. The Account & Finance Coordinator will be responsible for managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Manage invoicing processes, including generating, sending, and tracking invoices.
- Oversee payment vouchers and ensure accurate processing of payments.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records and documentation.
- Utilize Zoho Finance Suite for managing accounting functions, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and file GST returns and TDS returns in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Ensure accurate calculation and timely submission of GST and TDS payments.
- Stay updated with changes in tax regulations and ensure compliance.
- Maintain and update accurate records of financial transactions and payment books
- Verify and reconcile outstanding invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy between customer accounts and internal records.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations, including GAAP and IFRS.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management software.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and management capabilities, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
