As an intermediate level web designer, you will take on a more complex set of responsibilities and must have experience in designing and developing websites.

**Your job responsibilities may include**:
1. Designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality websites that meet business objectives, user needs, and exceed industry standards.

2. Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design ideas.

3. Implementing responsive design principles to ensure the website is user-friendly, adaptable, and highly functional on all devices.

4. Creating and managing website content, including images, videos, and written content.

5. Maintaining website SEO standards by ensuring website structure, content, and user experience adheres to Search Engine Optimization (SEO) guidelines.

6. Collaborating with internal teams, such as developers and content strategists, to execute website designs within established brand guidelines and design systems.

7. Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.

8. Continuously researching and keeping up to date with website design trends to ensure website visual design and user experience is current and competitive.

9. Analyzing website metrics to make data-driven decisions about website design and content improvements.

10. Troubleshooting website issues and working with developers to fix issues as they arise.

**To qualify for this position, you should have**:
1. Degree in a relevant field such as web design, graphic design, or computer science

2. 3-4 years of experience in web design

3. Excellent technical skills in CSS, HTML, JavaScript and design tools like Photoshop, Sketch, and Figma.

4. Experience in creating and managing content on content management systems (CMS)

5. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
