- Build user-friendly designs to simplify complex processes. Convert raw images from a graphic designer into CSS/XHTML themes.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills.
- Good Knowledge of building web design templates using Photoshop or relevant tools.
- Develop layout, styles, and color high-quality designs, graphic banners, templates, and logos for the user interface design in collusion with a graphic designer
- Create clear storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps wireframes, prototypes, and mockups Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields Incorporating, customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design to enhance user experience Coordinate with the design team and web developers.
- Optimize the existing site for maximum scalability and speed.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems & technical problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
- Collaborating effectively with the product, engineering, and management teams

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree
- 2-6 years of experience with excellent knowledge of different multimedia positions & should have creative thinking with good command over Designing.
- Expert knowledge of current web design trends and Techniques
- Web Designer, Visualize, flash, MX, adobe, 3D, Macromedia Flash, Photoshop, and Corel Draw.
- Design knowledge of HTML5 websites with Responsive Flat designs.
- Additional knowledge of design software like design pro, 3D Max and animations is a plus point.

Command over tools like
Knowing HTML and JavaScript will be an advantage.

Working Knowledge of Photoshop, JavaScript, HTML, and Responsive Design. Dream weaver, Flash
