Good development and enhancement experience on IBM Sterling B2B Integrator

Good experience in Production Support projects

Prior experience in EDI concepts and formats100% coverage during PST hours

Ability to support minor enhancement for Business processes and mappings

Ability to document business processes and scripts

Taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating and establishing effective communication between stakeholders

Ability to drive issues to closure, work directly with business users in issue triaging, analysis, etc.,

Excellent Verbal and written communication skills, proactive attitude, ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently

Regular reporting to the management on the performance of the service delivery

Good to have skills: PL/SQL, Stored Procedure, DB admin, Unix, and Shell scripting
