We are looking for an experienced
Sterling Integrator Specialist
(6–10 years) to join our integration team. This role involves working on a large-scale integration platform hosted on AWS, connecting with
150+ trading partners
(Retailers, 3PLs, Banks, Suppliers) and internal systems (ERP/Finance/Planning/Commerce) across ANZ, EU, and US regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations using
    IBM Sterling B2B Integrator, ITX/ITXA, SSP, ICC, and LW
  • Develop and support
    Sterling maps, business processes, and admin tasks
  • Handle partner onboarding, EDI/Non-EDI transactions, and communication protocol setups (AS2, VAN, SFTP, HTTP/S, MQ)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring
    business continuity and performance optimization
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, providing
    technical ownership of the integration platform
  • Support migrations, enhancements, and platform improvements

Required Skills

  • 6+ years' experience with
    IBM Sterling Suite
    (B2B Integrator, SSP, ICC, File Gateway)
  • Strong expertise in
    EDI standards (EDIFACT, X12, TRADACOMS, IDOCs, XML, flat files)
  • Hands-on experience in
    Sterling Map & BP development, SI Admin tasks, SQL, UNIX scripting
  • Exposure to
    SAP integration, JDBC, APIs, SOAP, and PGP/Encryption
  • Knowledge of
    system operations, performance tuning, and patching
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

  • Exposure to
    AWS services, Dockers/Containers, Networking
  • Knowledge of
    MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, or other integration tools
  • Coding skills (Java, Python, Shell scripting)
