**Job description**
- Assist HoD - HR in formulating the L&D
- Co-ordinate with the HR operations team to identify training module allotments as per the role and assign it to the respective employees
- Assign the required training modules to the employee and keep track on the training process.
- Coordinating with managers/BU heads to identify training needs, prepare training calendars and execute, the same.
- Ensure evaluation of training sessions and prepare reports accordingly and share it with the respective stakeholders.
- Monitor effectiveness of each training and prepare a detailed report

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Excellent communication skills and language skills.
- Good writing skills with equal competency in the comprehension
- Able to handle multiple stakeholders

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
