Issue domestic and international bookings through online portals/CRS systems

Monitor and track bookings in the queue for ticket Issuance

Processing re-issuance / cancellation/refund of air ticket

Maintain daily MIS

Preparing Invoices & Outstanding

Handling Corporate Clients individually

Handle end-to-end responsibility of Fixed Departure and Domestic and international Tour operations

Visa Process

Interacting with queries of Inbound and Outbound Holiday Guests

Knowledge of MS Office and Excel

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
