- Should have strong exposure on SF Time Off, Time Sheet and Time Tracking
- Must have clear understanding of Integrating External Time Tracking Services with SAP SuccessFactors Clock In Clock Out process.
- SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time tracking certification is mandatory.
- Strong Functional knowledge of Employee Central, data migration techniques and Business Rules.
- Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines and the quality of deliverables meet client expectations.
- It is a client facing role. Excellent communication, presentation skills are required and must be a team player.
- Expected to work independently on projects, Strong decision-making skills Ability to work under stressful and tight timeline situations.
- Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Time off and Time Sheet Solutions in compliance with the Best Practices
- Exposure on European and Nordic customers is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
