**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct routine maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of utility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other facility-related equipment.

Perform troubleshooting and repairs on machinery and equipment to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to prolong the lifespan of machinery and prevent unexpected failures.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and prioritize tasks based on operational needs.

Install new equipment and machinery according to technical specifications and safety standards.

Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment manuals.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in utility maintenance and machine installation, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.

Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.

Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues, vendors, and management.

Flexibility to work in shifts and respond to emergency maintenance situations outside of regular working hours.

**Experience : 2-3 years**

**Salary : Hike in current salary. (As per experience)**

**Shift : Rotational Time : 12 hours duty**

**Note : Immediate joiners preferred.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
