Civil Site Supervisor

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**JOB SUMMARY**:
A site supervisor will be involved in the supervision of contractors and other labours in the field and will oversee the construction activities that occur on the worksite. Accomplish deadlines by determining required resources, scheduling labours, resolving issues quickly and adjusting as needed.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREA**:

- Ability to handle all kinds of staff such as supervisors, labours etc.
- Studying and understanding of approved drawing and planning.
- Supervising work progress, maintaining labours attendance.
- Preparing site progress report regularly and updating to management.
- Handling all vendor issues and grievances and resolves issues quickly.
- Managing inventory of materials and ensure proper records of all inventories are available on the site.
- Checking material for quality and availability well in advance and raising it further in case of non-availability.
- Collecting the daily/ weekly/ months reports of on-site progress from contractors and vendors and expedite site progress with quality and safety.

**QUALIFICATION**:

- Bachelor's degree in B.E or Diploma in Civil
- Good understanding of building codes and construction safety guidelines.
- Practical knowledge of building tools and equipment.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
