**How will you do it?**
- knowledge of OTC with expertise in Customer invoice portal
- Ensure accurate and timely upload of customer invoices in multiple Portal
- Strong knowledge on different customer portals and portal invoice queues
- Ensure adherence to SOX, internal controls, and the process landscape.
- Create and maintain process documentation with process flows.
- Analysis and resolution of stakeholder queries, ensuring smooth functioning
- Act like a POC and provide timely RCA for customer escalations and queries
- Comprehensive understanding of OTC functions from start to end for a dynamic and competitive environment
- Ability to work effectively under critical deadlines and able to handle workload during month ends.

**What we look for?**
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Customer Invoice portal.
- Bachelors/master’s degree in finance.
- Fluent in communication (both written and verbal).
- Experience in Customer Invoice Portal Management
- Self-starter who is passionate quality oriented
- Working Experience in Shared Services/BPO/F&A
- Last year & Mid-Year performance rating for this year should not be less than Exceeds Expectations.
