**How will you do it?**
- End to End knowledge of OTC, Billing Expertise, Credit Rebill & Dispute Management
- Create Invoices and distribution to Client as well uploads in Third Party Portals
- Timely rollout of Monthly Invoices in close coordination with Order Management, Inventory, Customer Support Team
- Cross check Orders and Invoices against contracted terms to ensure billing consistency from contract signing to invoicing with monthly quality check.
- Expertise in Dispute Handling
- Accuracy check and corrective actions on error analysis
- Create and maintain process documentation for Billing Processes, adherence to SOX & Internal Controls
- Supports process improvement initiatives

**What we look for?**
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Customer Invoicing, billing operations domain is mandatory
- Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in any stream. B. Com/BBA/MBA/M. Com is preferred.
- Desired work experience in Billing systems Oracle, BAAN, Get Paid, Sales Force
- Prior experience with JCI Billing domain will be preferred
- Good Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
- Distinctive Customer Orientation and Interact Courteously with stakeholders
- Working Experience in Shared Services/BPO/F&A
- Ability to work in a high pressured, fast moving, and challenging environment
- Good hands on knowledge of MS Excel, VLOOKUP, pivot tables and basic MIS reporting.
- Working in US Shift timings
