Job Title**:Assistant Sales Manager**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**New Business Development**:
Assist in identifying and onboarding new institutional customers (e.g., ice cream manufacturers, confectioners, home bakers) and supermarkets.
Research potential leads across India and international markets.
Contribute to increasing sales through new client acquisition and exploring opportunities in the retail and institutional sectors.

**Client Management & Relationship Building**:
Support the Sales Manager in maintaining and developing strong relationships with current customers.
Follow up on leads and customer inquiries, ensuring timely responses and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Assist in managing the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.

**Market Expansion**:
Contribute to onboarding new supermarkets and retail chains to expand the brand’s presence.
Help in executing sales strategies to penetrate new markets.

**Communication & Reporting**:
Prepare sales proposals, product information, and pricing in coordination with the Sales Manager.
Provide regular sales updates and reports on performance and progress to the Sales Manager.

**Sales Strategy & Targets**:
Support the Sales Manager in meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional activities and campaigns to drive sales.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B, food ingredients, FMCG, or retail industries.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; spoken Hindi is preferred.
Sales Skills: Ability to assist in negotiations, presentations, and client relationship management.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
Interpersonal Skills: Motivated, target-oriented, and excellent team player.

Pay: ₹39,086.00 - ₹40,121.12 per month
