
Relationship Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects
- Understand client needs and suggest suitable property options
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for clients
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain communication through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Real Estate, Marketing, or Business preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Prior experience in real estate or customer-facing roles is a plus
