We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic “Scout” aka “Campaign Associate” to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting Delivery Partnerships through field campaigns, local community engagement, & spreading awareness. If you are passionate about sales and community outreach, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan & execute on-ground rural campaigns such as Panchayat meetings, job fairs, BTL activities etc. to source Delivery Partners (DPs)
- Present value proposition for Delivery Partners to spread awareness
- Ensure smooth onboarding process for interested DPs, including relocation and availability of all resources to start working
- Monitor and evaluate field campaigns, collecting data and feedback to assess effectiveness and drive improvements
- Build and maintain relationships with local organisations, community leaders, and stakeholders to enhance community engagement

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of prior experience in Operations, fieldwork, community outreach, or sales
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
- Passion for community engagement and social impact
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities
