Front Desk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Guest Reception**: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- **Check-In/Check-Out**: Handle the check-in and check-out process efficiently, managing reservations and payments.
- **Communication**: Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
- **Administrative Support**: Maintain front desk operations, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or business is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred.
- **Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency in MS Office.
- **Personality**: Friendly, approachable, and able to handle stressful situations with professionalism.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
