Job Overview: We are looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team If you love coffee, enjoy crafting beverages, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on board. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty coffees. Operate coffee-making equipment such as espresso machines and grinders. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all hygiene and safety standards. Engage with customers, take orders, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Recommend menu items and upsell beverages or food pairings. Monitor inventory and restock ingredients as needed. Handle cash and digital payments accurately. Work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality and speed. Requirements: Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role preferred. Passion for coffee and a willingness to learn different brewing techniques. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts.
