**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Attend regular sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [industry-specific sales, e.g., retail, B2B, tech, etc.].
- Bilingual or multilingual capabilities.
