**US - IT Recruiter**

**Job Location: Jaipur**

**Experience: 3-6 Years**

**Responsibilities**

1. Responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle for Clients in the US.

3. Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittal into interviews and placement.

5. Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.

6. Should deliver results in a fast-paced & metrics-driven environment.

**Must Have**:
1. Minimum of 3+ Years of experience in US IT Recruitment is required.

2. Should be able to handle with OPT's, H1's, GC, USC & other EAD's as well.

3. Should be familiar with Implementation Partners

4. Familiarity with LinkedIn, DICE, Monster, Career Builder & others Job Boards.

5. Should use the latest methods to close the consultants in short time.

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gopalpura Bypass, Jaipur - 302018, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- US IT Recruiting: 2 years (required)
- Recruiting: 2 years (required)
