**Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and contact potential customers via phone calls to introduce and promote our company's products or services.
- Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs, and present solutions tailored to their specific requirements.
- Overcome objections and skillfully close sales deals over the phone.
- Process customer orders and ensure accurate data entry.
- Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and existing customers to nurture relationships and generate repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and promotions.
- May be required to prepare reports on sales activities and performance.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and confident telephone manner.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- The ability to build rapport and trust with customers over the phone.
