We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Representative**to join our team at **Digitea**. In this role, you will be responsible for managing leads, conducting sales meetings, and closing deals to drive business growth. If you’re a great communicator with a knack for building relationships, we’d love to hear from you

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Managing and nurturing leads from initial contact to conversion.
- Conducting sales meetings (virtual/in-person) to present our services and solutions.
- Understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintaining records of sales activities, follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Staying updated on industry trends to improve sales strategies and performance.

**You’re a Perfect Fit If You**
- Have experience in sales, business development, or lead management.
- Are a strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills.
- Have **strong English proficiency**(spoken and written) for effective client communication.
- Are comfortable taking client meetings and handling objections confidently.
- Can work independently and take ownership of targets.
- Have a proactive and goal-oriented mindset to drive revenue growth.
- Are familiar with CRM tools and sales tracking software (preferred but not mandatory).
