- Support the academic and professional development of nursing students.

- Ensure high-quality, evidence-based clinical instruction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
- Clinical practice experience.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Enthusiasm for simulation-based learning and training.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **B.Sc. (Nursing)**: Minimum 2 years of experience.
- **M.Sc. (Nursing)**: 0-1 year of experience accepted.
