Fiction Design Studio is looking for a passionate and skilled **Graphics** and **3D Faculty (Trainer/Instructor)** to join our team. We are looking for an experienced and passionate **Graphics and 3D Faculty** member to join our creative education team. You will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in 2D graphic design and 3D modeling, helping them build strong portfolios and industry-ready skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Teach courses in graphic design, 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation.
- Deliver hands-on training using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, etc.
- Mentor students on creative projects and provide feedback to help them improve their work.
- Stay current with industry trends and update yourseld and course content accordingly.
- Assist in curriculum development and participate in faculty meetings and academic activities.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum a year of industry or teaching experience in 2D and 3D design.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance Painter, etc.
- Strong portfolio or demo reel showcasing professional or academic work.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with game engines like Unity or Unreal.
- Knowledge of motion graphics or visual storytelling.
- Background in AR/VR or interactive design is a plus.
