**What You’ll Work On**:

- Design **eye-catching social media posts** and brand visuals.
- Create **promotional and explainer videos** that tell impactful stories.
- Design **digital ad banners** and other performance marketing creatives.
- Bonus if you bring skills in **3D design, animation, or visual effects**.
- A portfolio is **mandatory** - we want to see your creative range

**Responsibilities**:

- Create **short-form videos and motion graphics** using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Collaborate closely with the **marketing and content teams** to understand project objectives and deliver engaging visual solutions.
- Translate brand guidelines into **consistent, high-quality visual assets** across all channels.
- Work on **event branding, print materials**, presentations, and internal design needs.
- Stay updated with the **latest design trends**, tools, and motion techniques.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver assets on time without compromising quality.
- Actively participate in **brainstorming sessions** and contribute fresh ideas to campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum **1 year of experience** in graphic design and motion graphics.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite**, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong **visual storytelling** skills through both static and motion-based content.
- A portfolio demonstrating expertise in **design layout, branding, and motion graphics**.
- Understanding of composition, color theory, typography, and animation principles.
- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly.
- Bonus: Knowledge of **3D design tools** (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D) is a big plus.
