**A) Target Setting, Monitoring, and Corrective Measures**:

- Plan repair jobs through capacity planning in the System.
- Allocate jobs to technicians based on the Skill Matrix.
- Inform the Service Advisor of any defects discovered by workshop employees after repair work has commenced, ensuring additional repair work is approved by the customer.
- Maintain transparency regarding additional repair costs.
- Optimize the utilization of repair bays.
- Ensure the entire service facility, including work areas, bays, tools, and equipment, is neatly maintained and periodically inspected, adhering to the 5S methodology.
- Ensure quality repairs are performed on customers’ vehicles within the defined time frame.
- Monitor and accurately record repeat repairs, taking corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

**B) Support and Supervision**:

- Assist technicians as needed.
- Ensure optimal capacity utilization and equipment levels in the workshop by providing appropriate, requirement-oriented infrastructure and carefully defining working processes and resource usage (including workshop facilities, equipment, and employees).
- Monitor deadlines (Turnaround Time - TAT and Same-Day Delivery - SDD) and the quality of repairs carried out.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicles received for accident repairs.
- Share knowledge and experience with technical workshop employees.
- Upon job card completion, hand it over to the Service/Body Shop Advisor for invoicing.

**C)Reporting and Analysis**
- Manage tickets.
- Address campaign alerts.
- Conduct quality control test program checks and report results.
- Prepare detailed reports of Body Shop and Service operations, including bay utilization, technician productivity, and efficiency.
- Discuss the pending vehicles report with the Service Head every evening.
- Plan the future allocation of cars in the WMS.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s / diploma degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in the automotive industry, demonstrating leadership skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and processes is preferred.

**Salary Range**:

- The salary range for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
