- **Job Purpose**:_

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Chief of Staff provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The incumbent must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and rapidly expanding. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.

The incumbent will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. The incumbent will work across current and future Spade locations globally.
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:_
- Act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director and leadership team, providing counsel and support on key business decisions.
- Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
- Lead and manage company-wide initiatives and projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive results.
- Develop and implement efficient and effective business processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and maximize company performance.
- Own the design, implementation, documentation, assessment and monitoring of internal control frameworks, including policies and key risks in order to ensure adequate controls to prevent unintentional and intentional errors in financial reporting, processes and business operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by collecting, analysing, and presenting key business metrics to leadership team.
- Facilitate effective communication across the organization by managing meetings, creating presentations, and drafting communications on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Oversee the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.
- Ensure the company remains compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Analysing brand positioning and consumer insights
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- **Experience / Skills / Core Competencies**:_
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field required; MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting or related field.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the consulting industry is strongly preferred.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
