**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach core and elective courses in **Statistics** to UG and PG students.
- Design and update course curricula to reflect current trends and best practices.
- Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and theses.
- Conduct original research in the field of statistics or applied domains.
- Publish in peer-reviewed journals and present at academic conferences.
- Participate in departmental activities, academic advising, and committee work.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- **Ph.D. in Statistics** or a closely related field (for Associate/Full Professor roles).
- **Master’s degree in Statistics** with significant teaching experience (for Assistant Professor roles).
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the UG and/or PG level.
- Strong academic background in theoretical and applied statistics.
- Record of publications or evidence of potential for high-quality research.
- Proficiency with statistical tools and software (e.g., R, Python, SAS, SPSS, etc.)

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in curriculum development and academic leadership.
- Research expertise in fields such as Data Science, Biostatistics, Econometrics, Machine Learning, etc.
- Industry collaboration or consultancy experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with online teaching tools and modern pedagogical approaches.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
